The 
parking at the Harbor in Rockwall Texas for the Rockin on the Docks event has some limitations. You can park in most areas but there are some areas where you can not park. There will be signs indicating where you can not park. The event starts at 11 am and the first band Starts at 11:30 (Chris Rivers). “Rockin on the Docks” will be The Harbor, in Rockwall, Texas on October 24th 2009. There will be artists, arts and crafts vendors, children’s activities and of course fabulous music beginning at 11:00AM. This years event will be headlined by Emerald City and will feature Sleeper Star. While live music and activities are happening at The Harbor, The Bud Light Trails Big Bass tournament will be staged at Chandler’s Landing in conjunction with Rockin’ On The Docks!
