October 22, 2011, the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce, will host the 4th annual “Rockin’ On The Docks” concert event at The Harbor located on Lake Ray Hubbard in Rockwall, Texas.   The Chamber estimates 5,000 attendees of all ages from all over North Texas.

The event will include six locally and nationally recognized bands, including Grammy artists Collin Raye (complete line-up).  There will be approximately 75 arts and crafts vendors along with several food and beverage vendors.  While the Kids’ Zone is a perfect area for the kids to be kids, the craft beer sampling is great for the adults to relax and enjoy the live music.  Tickets will only be sold at  the event gate.   $5 before 7:00 PM and $15 after 7:00 PM. As a commitment to the economic development for the City of Rockwall, its businesses and surrounding communities, the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to kick off the 4th Annual Rockin’ On The Docks.

In November of 2006, Rockwall opened the Harbor Project with much celebration.  The Harbor Lighthouse serves as a beacon to attract clientele to the shopping, entertainment and dining establishments which enjoy the backdrop of Lake Ray Hubbard and the outline of the city of Dallas.
